it's the team you want to trust your dental needs with! The ladies in the office are the smiles that put you at ease the minute you check in i.e they care. The support team once in the chair Tess and Karen have the skills and communication that only continue to make the care top notch. Yesterday appointment was different! Dr Toolson was out of office and the Doctor that was filling in was what I would expect from this office! Excellent exam, communication, pain free without anesthetic and all complete within one hour thanks to All.

I have had a couple crowns done here. One failed a couple of times, but they NEVER argued and made me replacements.

Moreover, they respect health and safety protocol during COVID, and have the means to rectify most dental situations effectively and efficiently.

My office visit experience on 09/01/2020. was amazing. I know the word amazing and dental appointment are not something you would expect to see together in a sentence, but, that's exactly how it was at my appointment. The atmosphere/environment is very relaxing, and the staff at the office present with the same professional calmness and friendly welcoming smiles. My hygienist, she was too was amazing. I felt relaxed and at ease while lying back in my dental chair. There were times I could had drifted off to sleep. Dr. Toolson and his staff deserves more than a five star rating, but that's as high as this survey would allow. Remodeled lobby and sad to see the magazines are gone but understand considering Covid. I noticed the extra cleaning they did after every patient. My dental visit yesterday was the first post corona virus and I was uncertain what to expect. I was able to secure an appt within a day. and upon arrival, I underwent the expected virus precautions. Subsequently, i was seen by my dental hygienist for teeth cleaning,

Since I am a long term patient with this dentist, the office atmosphere is always warm, friendly and engaging. I would rate the experience as excellent.

I broke a tooth 13 days ahead of a scheduled surgery & needed immediate attention. Dr. Toolson’s office staff got me scheduled right away & Dr. Toolson did my root canal yesterday & put a permanent crown on immediately after. I didn’t have any pain after & am doing great the day after. Thanks so much for such a caring staff & the excellent treatment I received from both Dr. Reyes & Dr. Toolson.
