Hi, my name is Debbie. I have been in the dental field for 11 years. I grew up in Sacramento and moved to Vacaville 5 years ago. I joined the Toolson team in 2018 and I keep very busy helping the office run smoothly.

In my free time I like to spend time with my husband, my 2 kids and my dog.

Hi, my name is Anita and I have been in the dental field since 1985. I’ve worked for 2 previous “family” dentists and found that this is my passion. I enjoy being part of a team that cares so deeply for their patients and treat each one like family members. I’ve worked all aspects of the front desk and enjoy it tremendously. I’m thankful to now be a welcomed part of Dr. Toolson's dental practice.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and going on weekend “adventures” with my husband.

Hi, my name is Mandy. I've worked in the dental field for 20 + years and am lucky enough to continue the fun working with Dr. Toolson's office. 
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, going on road trips, camping, going to concerts or just playing outside with my kids-they keep me young.  

DIANE TOOLSON

( Yep I’m married to the boss since 1976)

A few years ago I came to help at the office and I’m still here. I help with payroll, accounts receivable, make bank deposits, sift through paperwork and run errands (and like any mom I try to help wherever I can)

I thoroughly enjoy being with our team and I appreciate how they work together and all they do to help our practice be a great place to come and to work

Along with working, I enjoy spending time with family and we are blessed with a large family including 22 grandchildren and I love seeing them. I also enjoy cycling, walking/hiking and traveling.

MARITES (TESS) BARO

Registered Dental Assistant

I’ve been a registered dental assistant for 30 years and counting. I’ve worked with Dr. Toolson for almost 24 of those years and with Dr. Reyes for over 13 years. I am very passionate about my job and I love to create relationships with each and every one of our patients.

I enjoy gardening and I keep all of the plants alive in our office. I love spending time in my garden, traveling and being with my family.

VERONICA GRAYBILL

Registered Dental Assistant

Hi, I’m Veronica, one of the Registered Dental Assistants here at Dr. Toolson's office.

I have lived and grown up in Vacaville. I’ve worked with Dr. Toolson and Dr. Reyes since 2017. I truly enjoy being part of the team here and working with our patients.

In my free time I love walking my 2 dogs and reading books.

KAREN FASER

Registered Dental Hygienist

I received an A.S. degree in Dental Assisting from City College in San Francisco. I continued my education by earning an A.S. degree in Dental Hygiene from Foothill College in Los Altos Hills. I have happily worked in the dental field and with Dr Toolson for over thirty years. We love to make our patients feel loved and comfortable.

When I’m not at Dr. Toolson’s office, I keep busy with home life and family. No birthday, holiday or anniversary goes uncelebrated in my family! I love making the best and most of every day.

MARGUERITE BLACKARD

Registered Dental Hygienist

I have lived in the Bay Area since 1973. I graduated from LSU School of Dental Hygiene in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Married to an Air Force Pilot, I have lived in numerous places and was licensed as a Dental Hygienist in several states across America.

My love for the profession and patients is clearly seen as she is very kind and gentle, while educating each and every one of her patients in precise techniques on individualized brushing and flossing… With her hands on approach education.

When not at the office, I enjoy sailing, gardening, traveling and Cajun style cooking. I also love Hawaii and my precious Yorkies, Lord Eric and Lady Elizabeth Lizzie.

PAT MAGGARD

Registered Dental Hygienist

From the 8th grade I knew I wanted to be a dental hygienist. My Opa was a Dental Lab technician and my Mutti a Dental Assistant. I truly found my destiny! In 1983, I graduated from the University of Louisville in Kentucky with a Degree in Dental Hygiene. My first hygiene position was with a very progressive dentist in Bowling Green, Kentucky, where I first learned of micro dentistry and implants.

I spent the next 21+ years as an Air Force bride where my career as a Dental Hygienist flourished.
I had the opportunity to work at Letterman Army Hospital at the Presidio of San Francisco and David Grant Dental at Travis AFB. For over 13 years of my career I worked with a Periodontist (a dentist specializing in treatment of gum disease). I have been back with Dr. Toolson since May of 2006, I had the pleasure of working for him previously from 1987-1990, but had to leave after my husband’s transfer to Beale AFB. 

In my almost 40 years as a Dental Hygienist, I have had the opportunity to work for some amazing Dentists. I have learned so much from all of these experiences. I have beyond a doubt a well rounded career, and learning all phases of Dentistry. When assessing my patients, I definitely look at the big picture and taking all variables into consideration.

I LOVE MY JOB! I wake up every morning with a smile on my face and look forward to coming into work each day! My husband and I have been married over 35 years this past August. We have one beautiful daughter who is now married. When not at work I teach Jazzercise, run and have rekindle my love of photography.
